** Warranty / Support Information:
This Spectra 3000 Garment Printer includes a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor for qualified users. Must attend training in order to qualify for warranty. This warranty is valid only to the original winning bidder of this printer and is not transferable. The limited warranty does not include the printing head, any ink related part or any typical wear items such as encoder strip, capping station, etc. Defective parts shall be replaced at no charge for a period of 1 year. If it is determined that the printer needs repair by a technician the printer/ and or flatbed shall be shipped in freight prepaid. The printer will be repaired within five-seven business days from the time received.

A heat transfer press is required to heat set the ink after printing. We recommend using a heat press with a minimum 16 inch x 20 inch heat platen.
Power sprayer required to apply the pretreatment for white ink. We recommend the Wagner Control Spray Double Duty Sprayer.
