The DTG exclusive 4-2-1 platen system offers you the versatility of printing 4 smaller images, 2 standard or one oversize image without the need for purchasing multiple size platens.
Utilizing our latest high performance piezoelectric print head technology, the DTG Viper2 is among the most productive direct to garment printers in the industry. With the ability to print four smaller or two larger garments at a time and preload additional platens – your interface time per image printed is extremely low. The Viper2 is also One Pass Fast enabled allowing simultaneous white and color prints to increase production rates by up to 50%.
The DTG 4-2-1 garment pallet system is truly unique to the DTG Viper2 and prints multiple garments at a time as standard with our specialty pallet assembly with auto registration built in. Simply bring your designs from most major graphics software into our DTG RIP templates and your artwork is easily positioned with pinpoint registration (achieved via a unique conveyor garment loading system). The micro servo motor driven conveyor system produces perfect dot registration accurate to 0.017mm.

WIMS (white ink management system)
WIMS finally offers a manageable white ink production process that delivers superior detail, vibrancy and all while offering a level of consistency unheard of in other direct to garment printers. WIMS pressurises, circulates and filters your ink without excessive and costly ink waste. Coupled with a 1″ inch ink repelling coated piezo printhead, reliability and print quality repeatability is achieved as standard. Removable platen System
The unique conveyor drive system with a simple ‘lift-off’ removable platen allows even greater productivity. Simply add a second platen system and prep your garments while the machine is printing, to create a “quick-swap” workflow environment. For ease of use finished garments can either be returned to the front of the machine (if you are operating in a tight area) or can be ejected to the rear of the printer for faster garment reloading.
